Terms of use
Plain terms for a site that publishes measurements. You may read, quote and reuse what is here on the conditions below. What you may not do is treat a figure from a stated past window as a promise about your own account.

What the figures are
Every number on this site describes what a specific account, at a specific broker, on a specific instrument, did during a window that is printed next to it. It is a historical observation of our own account and nothing more. It is not a quote, not an offer, not a prediction, and not a statement about what you would get: your broker, your account type, your jurisdiction, your volume and your latency are all different from ours, and any of them can move a spread or a fill more than the differences between brokers that this site measures.
Figures that are not our own measurement say so at the number itself, with the class marked — a third-party source, or the broker's own published terms. We hold those to the same window discipline, but we did not produce them, and a broker's published fee schedule can change the day after we read it.
Using our numbers
No advice, and the risk is yours
Nothing on this site is financial, investment or trading advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to open an account anywhere. We are not a licensed adviser and we are not a regulated entity. Trading leveraged products such as contracts for difference carries a high risk of loss and you can lose money, including more than you deposit where your broker permits it. If you need advice, take it from someone licensed to give it in your own jurisdiction.
We take the accuracy of what we publish seriously enough to have built a feed audit that disqualifies our own data, and a quarantine that keeps bad rows out of every published figure. What we cannot offer is a warranty: the rig can have a fault we have not found yet, a broker can change a schedule between our reading and your account opening, and a measured window is not the future. Decisions you make after reading this site are yours, and we accept no liability for them.
Corrections, changes and the commercial part
When a figure turns out to be wrong it is corrected and the correction is recorded; the editorial policy sets out how that works and who may do it. These terms can change — the date at the top of this page is the last time it was reviewed, and material changes are written here rather than announced elsewhere. One broker on this site pays us a commission; the disclosure states exactly what that does and does not buy.
