One address, read by the people who run the rig: desk@costcheckfxen.com. There is no form, no ticket queue and no chat widget — this is a measurement desk, and the mail goes to the people who can actually check a number.

What to write about, and what helps
Mail about a figure is the most useful mail we get, and it is treated as work rather than as feedback. If you think a number here is wrong, say which page, which broker and which axis, and what you believe the right value is. If you have a screenshot, a statement line or a trade confirmation, attach it — an account statement showing a different commission settles the question in one step, where an assertion starts an argument.
We will re-run the query behind the figure, look at the raw rows, and reply with what we find even when the answer is that we were right. Where we were wrong, the figure is corrected, the row is quarantined rather than deleted, and the change appears in the editorial record — we do not patch a number quietly and hope nobody kept a copy of the old one.
What we will not do by mail
We do not give advice on which broker to use, we do not comment on your open positions, and we do not help with an account problem at a broker — we are not that broker's support desk and we have no standing with them. For anything to do with your own money at a broker, the broker's own support and, failing that, its regulator are the channels that can act.
We also do not accept payment for coverage, placement, removal, or a kinder figure, and a request of that kind is published rather than answered. The one commercial relationship this site has is stated on every page and set out in full in the disclosure.
Response times are honest rather than impressive: corrections and privacy mail are answered first, everything else when the rig is not on fire. We are a small desk, and we would rather reply slowly with the raw rows in hand than quickly from memory.
Mail is read by the desk. Nothing you send is advice from us or to us, you can lose money trading leveraged products, and we are not a regulated entity.
